I was born and brought up in the beautiful city of Pune - INDIA.
I have been working in IT for the last incredible 16+ years with a focus on Open Source Technologies and SAAS-PASS-based Cloud platforms. My stint with Web Technologies, Drupal CMS, and its Cloud ecosystem helmed my growth across the roles - individual Developer, Tech Lead, Architect, Practice Lead to frontline customer-facing engagement roles. This also gave me an onsite work experience for clients in the USA, UK, Switzerland, and Bulgaria.
As a Customer Success Practitioner, I add value to strengthen the tribological ecosystem of Service Providers, Customers, and Implementation partners. I contribute a large portion of efforts in post-sales hand-offs, client onboarding, product adoptions, and engagement management through managing expectations, negotiation, and escalations.
